Together with Caterpillar, we''ve been there for customers selling and servicing the best equipment in the world on land, at sea, in construction, mining, and industry.Right now, we are looking for our new P&C Systems & Reporting Specialist to take ownership of our HRIS, Dayforce and help us make smarter, data-driven decisions.This is a key role within our small, high-performing team where you will work closely with Payroll and directly with the GM of People, Safety & Culture.About The RoleYou will manage all the P&C systems end-to-end, overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement, promoting user proficiency, and aligning technology with our organisational goals.In parallel, you will analyse workforce data, build dashboards, and provide regular reporting to support business needs.Your main responsibilities will include:Ownership and the day-to-day management of Dayforce and other P&C systemsHandling issue resolution, system configurations, user access, data integrity, and complianceBuilding and maintaining clear, actionable workforce dashboards, reports, and metricsDocumenting technical configurations, process changes, and system enhancementsProviding assistance as required across the P&C and Payroll teamsAbout YouYour combined strong technical skills, experience managing a HRIS (Dayforce is ideal) along with your background in HR make you perfect for this diverse role.You are highly motivated, take initiative, thrive on solving problems and are very comfortable juggling tasks.Your advanced Excel skills and solid attention to detail compliment your ability to turn data into useful insights that shape workforce strategy.Why Work With UsYou will be joining a down to earth and genuinely supportive team of professionals who love what they do!Based in our head office in Clayton and working onsite 4 days a week, with free onsite parking, will make it easy to engage and collaborate with the entire William Adams family.We will provide you with ongoing career and development opportunities, a competitive salary package, and various rewards and benefits including discounts galore and loads of opportunities to support your wellbeing.If working in a fast-paced environment that''s big on collaboration and low on politics appeals to you, this could be your next career move!Want to know more?
