Tyre shine, disinfectants, nail polish remover, paints and coatings are just a few of the consumer goods our raw chemicals help make.This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and flexible Transport Coordinator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis and help get our products onto trucks and into production lines.To excel in this role, you will need to have good knowledge of the road freight industry, a strong customer service focus and attention to detail.The PositionFull-time permanent positionMonday to Friday 8AM 4PMOrganising & writing consignment notesArranging local, regional and interstate deliveries and run sheetsTracking and uploading proof of deliveriesCustomer service and data entryReleasing forward ordersAssisting Sales representatives and other staff with queriesRelief in nominating shipmentsAnswering sales/marketing queries and requestsGeneral administrative and filing duties for the Logistics departmentAbout YouExceptional time management and communication skills; verbal and writtenPrevious experience in Warehouse/Logistics administration, Customer Service, or an office support role.
