Pholklore is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and groundedFront of House (FOH) Managerto lead service operations across our new Caloundra venue.Were not looking for someone to reinvent the wheel, were after someone who excels in front of house service and can learn and master our proven systems, then add value by enhancing consistency, team performance, and customer experience.This role sits within a larger organisational structure across multiple venues. Success in this position requires the ability to operate within a shared ecosystem, work collaboratively with the wider leadership team, and manage your venues front of house as part of something bigger, not just a standalone operation.Youll bring strong people leadership, a high level of digital literacy, and an understanding of hospitality systems and workflows.
