Join Cohesity!We are seeking a driven, proactive, and ambitious Contract Manager to join our growing Transaction Legal Team with primary focus on supporting the Commercial Legal Team Americas group. This dynamic role offers genuine opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.As a Contract Manager, you will be embedded with a team of lawyers and contract negotiators handling complex commercial and technology agreements. You''ll support worldwide sales and channel operations while having autonomy to improve processes and operations. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidates skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
