Join Cohesity!We are seeking a driven, proactive, and ambitious Contract Manager to join our growing Transaction Legal Team with primary focus on supporting the Commercial Legal Team Americas group. This dynamic role offers genuine opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.As a Contract Manager, you will be embedded with a team of lawyers and contract negotiators handling complex commercial and technology agreements. You''ll support worldwide sales and channel operations while having autonomy to improve processes and operations. This role requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders while managing and administering legal requests through our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and supporting your team.How You''ll Spend Your Time HereTriage and facilitate incoming legal requests, ensuring proper prioritization and assignmentProcess, review, and draft customer letters, NDAs, and other legal documents with diligenceCollaborate with attorneys to structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions efficientlyInnovate and optimize contract templates, forms, and playbooks to enhance contract velocity and standardsServe as a subject matter expert for our CLM platform (Ironclad)Manage and resolve complex process breakdowns while identifying opportunities for improvementProject manage key initiatives across legal functionsCreate comprehensive reports and presentations for senior managementDefine, track, and analyze key metrics to drive process improvementsSupport international and strategic legal teams as neededCollaborate with other Contract Managers to drive efficiency and standardizationWE''D LOVE TO TALK IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent from a recognized university5+ years of experience in Contract Management or similar roleExperience with contract review, drafting, and negotiationProficiency with CLM platforms, preferably IroncladStrong reporting and data analytics capabilitiesExperience creating professional presentationsExcellent ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and manage time efficientlyDemonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environmentsKey AttributesExceptional intelligence, creativity, and work ethicOrganized, humble, and eager to learnAdaptable with ability to quickly learn new tools and technologiesExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailGenuine interest in long-term career as a legal/contract specialistFlexibility to support diverse activities across time zonesPragmatic approach with exceptional judgment and integritySelf-starter mindset with innovative thinkingCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesTeam-first attitude with collaborative spiritThis role reports to the Manager, Contract Managers. While we expect the successful candidate to possess many of the required skills, we value aptitude, positive attitude, and willingness to learn above existing expertise.Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidates skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
