If youre detail-oriented, thrive on fast-paced logistics, and know your way around international freight, this is your opportunity to make an impact at one of Australia and New Zealands most loved fashion retailers.THE OPPORTUNITYAs our Imports Coordinator, youll take ownership of all inbound international shipments. Working closely with suppliers, freight partners, customs brokers and internal teams, youll ensure the timely and compliant delivery of goods across our Australian and NZ operations.Youll maintain accurate shipping schedules, manage freight bookings, monitor import costs, and ensure documentation is spot on all while keeping things moving efficiently and on budget.WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FORManaging the end-to-end import process across sea and air freightMaintaining and updating the 12-month shipping schedule and aligning freight bookings with business timelinesEnsuring all deliveries meet our DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time) expectationsWorking with vendors to ensure accurate SSCC data and compliant shipping documentsPartnering with customs brokers to ensure tariff classifications and declarations are correctProactively identifying and resolving delays or discrepanciesMonitoring shipping costs and working within budget without compromising timelinesCollaborating with internal stakeholders including Planning, Allocation, Production and Warehouse teamsWHAT YOULL BRINGMinimum 3 years experience in international shipping, logistics, or a similar import coordination roleSolid understanding of Incoterms, customs law, and global freight operationsHigh attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong Excel and Microsoft Office capability; experience with AP21 and WMS highly regardedWHY JOIN US?At DECJUBA, were a high-energy brand with a bold approach to everything we do.
