This role provides support, advice and guidance to team members by setting priorities, managing workloads, in accordance with approved SRO compliance activities.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and leading a large team of Investigators.Managing and overseeing the conduct of sensitive and/or complex investigations and audits by individuals or teams.Setting priorities and manage workloads by effective delegation and resource allocation.Managing team performance effectively through mentoring, counselling and conflict resolution.Contributing to the planning of strategic compliance activities.Who we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you will have:People management experience in leading, motivating, performance managing and mentoring a team of investigatorsDemonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of complex legislation in a taxation or revenue environmentDemonstrated problem solving and analytical skills to conduct research to devise innovative and effective solutionsHigh-level customer service skills to develop relationships with and meet stakeholder needsA tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.How to applySubmit an application via the Apply now'' button by11.59pm on Sunday 6 July 2025.You will need to:upload your current resumesubmit a cover letter (no longer than 2 pages) addressing the who we are looking for'' section above.More informationYou can find out more about this role via the position description.
