One day youre shooting behind-the-scenes gold on your phone, the next youre planning the social brand campaign for a podcast or developing a guerrilla campaign concept with our amazing creatives. Youll work with our talented in-house team (videographers, designers, strategists, meme connoisseurs) to bring brands to life online.If youre obsessed with scroll-stopping moments, live and breathe your TikTok algorithm, are all over influencer culture and content that actually converts, we want to hear from you. What Youll Do:Own the planning, publishing and growth of social channels across a range of client and internal brandsCapture and create killer short-form video and photography content (mainly on phone lo-fi is the new high-fi)Concept and produce content for TikTok and Reels using our studio, in-house crew, and your own DIY brillianceDirect, collaborate and vibe with our content team (photographers, videographers, editors) to make content singTurn content strategies into consistent calendars that mix top-tier creative with thumb-stopping native piecesWork with influencers and creators as part of campaigns and always-on content (because no one does it alone)Manage scheduling, captions, community management and platform best practicePresent creative ideas, reports and insights to clients and the Head On crewTrack and optimise performance to keep evolving what works (because we love a good glow-up) What Youll Bring:3+ years in social, content or digital - youve been around the algorithm a few timesA strong pulse on whats trending, whats tired, and what actually works across TikTok and InstagramConfidence shooting/editing content on your phone. You get the format, the lighting and narrativeExperience working with creators, influencers and content teamsCopywriting skills that match your visual instincts. Tone of voice is your second languageComfortable leading projects and presenting big (or ridiculous but brilliant) ideasOrganised AF with strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for trendsFluent in Meta Business Suite, Sked, Dropbox, and maybe even a little witchcraftBonus points if youve dabbled in Adobe Creative Suite, influencer strategy, paid ads, or eCommJoin a growing creative agency doing bold, culture-led work with some seriously fun clientsCollaborate with a team of creators, thinkers and doers.
