Thats where you come in!All About The RoleThe Grocery, Convenience, and other Retail Verticals are high-priority sectors with significant growth potential. The purpose of this role is to drive the expansion of Menulog''s business in various retail segments in Australia. The main focus is to increase Menulog''s market penetration and share by developing business with key corporate accounts and optimising their performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSecure business with key accounts to grow Menulogs retail businessDevelop and execute sales plan for different retail segmentsSize up the addressable marketIdentify and prioritise target partnersDevelop business with head office accountsNegotiate terms and deliver favourable commercial outcomesFacilitate a smooth onboarding process to go liveOptimise the performance and engagement of Menulogs key retail accountsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makersCollaborate to develop and implement effective joint business plansProvide category-specific recommendations, including product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional plansPlan, execute and evaluate marketing campaignsLead contract negotiations and manage complianceProvide accurate sales forecastsTrack performance and provide regular reportsCollaborate and influence to secure the support needed to be effectiveBuild strong relationships cross functional and with global stakeholdersCommunicate and secure alignment on the sales strategyCreate compelling business cases for strategic initiativesCollaborate on budgeting and resource allocationPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updatesFoster a collaborative culture.Can you deliverAt least 3 years of sales experience, including at a National Sales Manager levelA track record of successfully working with tier one partners (e.g. Woolworth Group, Endeavour Group, Chemist Warehouse, Petbarn etc.)Retail quick commerce experience is a bonusKey attributes: driven, self motivated, resilient, result oriented, entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, passionate and professionalTertiary degree qualification in a relevant field (Business / Marketing) preferred.Here is our offerHere at JET, we offer our colleagues the chance to develop and grow alongside top talent in one of the worlds leading food delivery companies.
