In advocacy, our solicitors represent government agencies in courts and tribunals to ensure their interests are effectively defended. In litigation, solicitors manage complex legal disputes, providing strategic advice and representation to achieve favourable outcomes. In advice work, solicitors offer expert legal opinions and guidance on a wide range of issues, helping government agencies navigate legal complexities and make informed decisions. In transactional work, solicitors negotiate and draft agreements, ensuring that government transactions are legally sound and align with policy objectives.We have a diverse range of practice groups across the CSO.
