The collaborative environment and engaging workguided by A&M''s core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversityare why our people love working at A&M.Carve-out PracticeA&Ms deep operational capabilities combined with our global, regional and local private capital fund relationships provides an unparalleled platform for carve-out and separation management for investors and companies.We operate beyond the desktop and in the field, helping our clients on both the buy and sell-side to successfully carve-out businesses, units or brands or separate to rationalise or monetise portfolio assets.With strong credentials across the region and globally, we seek to bolster our leadership capabilities to support demand for our carve-out services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities through a thorough clarity in carve-out process and bringing to life and leveraging A&Ms distinctive capabilitiesCreating compelling carve-out plans to demonstrate clear value and differentiation for A&M services/right to winCreatively identifying carve-out or portfolio strategies for investors or holdersLeading carve-out assessments to identify risks, cost base adjustments with clear alignment to lean and considered future state operating modelsAccurate assessment of synergies and carve-out costsDesign and stand-up of transitional service agreementsIT landscape assessment and high level design of future landscapesFinancial assessment of standalone cost base and one-off separation costsRisk assessments and dependency mapping of complex carve-out engagementsExecuting carve-out & PMI programs for clients with a deep level of operational experience and hands-on supportIdentifying levers for value creation with an out-of-the-box mindsetMaintain a strong ecosystem of partners for carve-out executionExperienceLeadership and depth of exposure to multiple carve-out or separation projects5+ years in M&A experience across a variety of sectorsOperating model design experience across multiple sectorsTransitional service agreement design in multiple transactionsPrevious experiences in high level IT application and dependenciesFinancial analysis of cost base and one-off separation costsRisk assessments and dependency mapping of complex carve-out engagements5+ years operator experience across multiple industriesInclusive DiversityA&Ms entrepreneurial culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who can positively impact our clients and shape our industry.
