You''ll report directly to the Director and manage end-to-end recruitment across predominantly permanent (with some contract recruitment) roles nationwide. This is a classic 360 recruitment role - ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering quality outcomes, and being a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike.The RolePartner with leading clients across Australia to place top HSE talent from Advisor level through to Head of/GMBuild and nurture new business opportunitiesMaintain and grow our existing HSE talent pool, offering career advice and market insightsStrategically map out industry sectors, companies, major projects to achieve your BD goals.
