If you''re passionate about operational excellence, love empowering people, and thrive in dynamic environments this is your opportunity to shape the future of this businessYour Mission: As COO, you will oversee the backbone of our operations finance, systems, technology, HR, performance tracking, and compliance ensuring the Partners and teams have the tools, support, and structure they need to succeed.Key Focus Areas:Operational Leadership & Service ExcellenceLead and evolve the systems, processes, and technology to support scale and efficiencyChampion the implementation of AI and automation to drive productivityCollaborate with the Systems Manager to enhance platforms like Salesforce and CRM toolsEnsure Partners are supported with the right tools, training, and operational insightsOversee campaign system compliance while minimising friction for PartnersFinance OversightLead financial operations including reporting, forecasting, and strategic modellingOversee the offshore finance team and work closely with external advisors and tax/legal partnersDeliver accurate, actionable board packs and performance reportsDrive the financial processes that support sustainable growthLead HR function, compliance, policies, and agreementsDrive induction, training, and professional development for new hires and PartnersFoster a high-performance, values-driven cultureWork with senior leaders to attract top-tier talent as the business expandsAbout You:Proven track record in COO, Head of Operations, or senior operational leadership rolesStrong commercial acumen, ideally with exposure to professional services, M&A, or advisory environmentsPassion for optimising systems, processes, and integrating automation and AIHands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching, developing teams, and scaling operationsHigh attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day executionComfortable working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholdersThis is more than just an operations role its a strategic leadership opportunity to help scale an ambitious, values-led business.
