We have created two new GM positions in the Technology Divisional leadership team in the following domains:Product & Customer PlatformsHeres some high level info about each role:Lead an engineering delivery function with a portfolio of technology products that directly impact customer experience and revenue generation. Accountable for the end-to-end engineering strategy execution and capability uplift across all segments and customer-facing technology platforms.General Manager - Platform & Enterprise EngineeringLead a function that drives an enterprise culture and practice of engineering excellence. Accountable for providing resilient internal platforms, as well as network and developer tooling.Check out the Position Descriptions for more detailed information on each role:Position Description - General Manager, Product & Customer Platforms.docxIn these roles youll get toCollaborate with the Technology Leadership team to influence and devise appropriate technology strategy.Drive a change in culture to align with modern technology practices.Lead the domain to continually mature methods that ensure protection of the IT organisational assets, integrity, security and privacy of information.Provide enterprise thought leadership and guidance on best practice approaches to the Banks transformation agenda that enables valuable business and customer outcomes.What youll bring to the roleTo be successful you will have:Senior leadership background, with proven history of managing and developing large cross functional and agile teams of technology engineering resources.Extensive experience in leading enterprise transformational change and being a thought leader in the technology space.Demonstrated development of strategy and directing teams in the tactical execution against enterprise strategic frameworks.Experience in effectively managing budgets and be commercially savvy.Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders, including members of the Executive and Board across the enterprise.So, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
