In this role, youll be supported by a collaborative and dedicated team, and youll work closely with experienced senior professionals and a highly accomplished board. Keen to lend your expertise to support an already estabished company as it builds the structure needed to scale into a larger, agile, and sustainable business.Key responsibilities: Managing and supporting an existing bookkeeper and a to be appointed Financial Accountant/Controller in all daily, monthly and year end activities All aspects of financial management of a company, including timely reporting to board Serve as Company Secretary for the group, overseeing corporate governance matters and maintaining the share register Lead the preparation of Information Memorandums (IMs) and play a key role in planning and executing capital raises Management of company assets Risk and compliance Dealing with legal matters And other matters pertaining to the financial management of a group of companiesRelationships are key to this role and your prior experience with operational stakeholder management and business partnering, will enable your successful transition into the company.The group offers a unique opportunity to be both strategic and hands-on allowing you to influence the success of the business at a senior management level while staying closely connected to the numbers on a day-to-day basis.
