The ideal candidates will have experience in event and hospitality environments, possess excellent customer service skills, and approach challenges with a positive attitude. This role involves working at a variety of corporate and retail events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experienceSet up and break down event spaces according to specificationsAssist with food and beverage service, including serving food, pouring drinks and clearing tablesEnsure all service areas are kept clean and tidyFollow all health and safety regulations and company policiesRequirementsExperience in hospitality and/or eventsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanourFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle pressureReliable, punctual, and trustworthyValid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificationAbout Us...The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) manages the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry and the Sydney Showground.
