Together, we deliver community-led healthcare to over half of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Australia.The Senior Project Officer will contribute to improving workforce and training opportunities within the sector for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, by providing coordination, administration, contract management and stakeholder engagement with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Registered Training Organisations (ACCHRTOs).The role will be part of a team that supports the coordination and delivery of the Aboriginal Community Controlled and First Nations Led Registered Training Organisation Community of Practice (ACC FNL RTO CoP) program.About the RoleIn this role, you will:Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of the project goals, and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Work as part of a team to deliver project objectives within defined timelines and in an efficient and effective way.Support the evaluation of programs across the team.Contract management including monitoring project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned from completed projects to enhance project delivery capabilities.You will bringExperience in managing multiple contracts, including reporting on deliverables.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated effective time management skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.An understanding and awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, their cultures and health and other contextual issues, or ability to quickly gain this understanding.Benefits of Working at NACCHOAccess to generous salary packaging options and employer superannuation contribution.Being a part of a supportive and passionate team.The opportunity to work for an organisation that contributes to real change to the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.How to ApplySubmit your CV and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
