Our goal is to help customers generate revenue, maximize customer value and help manage customers business more efficiently.What you''ll do:As a systems operator, you will demonstrate your ability to follow work instructions, execute billing jobs and processes flawlessly in order to meet customer Service Level Targets or Agreements (SLAs) and accomplish assigned objectives.Systems operators will possess good skills to deliver operation schedules, ticket tracking, reporting of daily operations activities and the delivery of invoices and billing reports for contracts.Good analytical skills are also required to resolve complex enquiries through analysis and making the necessary adjustments in accordance with the prescribed procedures and/or customer contracts. Flexibility to work additional hours to meet operational requirements is needed when required.The successful candidate will ideally have:1 - 2 years of experience in billing operations or a relevant roleAbility to follow set process/guidelines, work instructions on a given task.Demonstrated experience in escalating deviations to managementKnowledge of ABRS, MBRS or other billing system/s is desirableKnowledge of Telstras products and processes is desirableAbility to self-motivate, and be a reliable team playerStrong Windows PC Working knowledgeMS Office skills (Excel and Word) knowledgeExperience with service desk ticketing systems is desirableDocumentation and well developed communication skillsAble to execute SQL based reports; ability to write SQL is a plusGood problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve complex issuesDemonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, deadline critical situationsAble to multi-task with attention to detailUnrestricted Australian working entitlements (PR or Citizenship)Willingness to undertake a background/criminal check as part of the recruitment processThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team to deliver on a major managed services engagement.
