Our approach is to always understand the environment we need to operate in, thats why we have trained professionals operating within each state, who can combine their skills with their local knowledge, to provide innovative solutions catered to a customers specific needs.We''re looking for a proactive and experienced Site Security Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a corporate and dynamic security environment.Duties include:Implement and Enforce comprehensive security plans and strategies for the commercial building.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.Train, and manage a team of security personnel.Schedule and coordinate security staff assignments.Ensure that security personnel are properly equipped and trained.Implement and manage access control systems.Monitor and control entry and exit points to the building.Issue and manage access cards or credentials for authorized personnel.Oversee the installation and maintenance of surveillance cameras and other security technologies.Monitor surveillance systems to identify and respond to security incidents.Implement emergency response plans and procedures.Assist building management with regular drills to ensure that occupants are familiar with emergency procedures.Coordinate with local authorities for emergency response.Investigate security incidents and breaches.Document and report incidents to the appropriate authorities.Implement corrective measures to prevent future incidents.Conduct regular patrols of the commercial building and its premises.Monitor security systems for signs of suspicious activity.Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to ensure a holistic approach to security.Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement when necessary.Enforce security policies and procedures.Communicate and educate building occupants on security protocols.Skills and experienceAt least 2-3 years'' experience as a Security Site Manager is required.Must hold a current NSW Security LicenseExperience working in a premium commercial building.Project a professional image and demeanor.Must be vigilant, adaptable and well-trained to handle various situations.IT literacy (proficiency in MS Office).Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Build positive relationships with key stakeholders.The ability and desire to work co-operatively and positively as a member of a team.Benefits and perksM.A. Services Group has a very generous remuneration package.
