It involves driving data analysis to inform business decisions and enhancing customer experience.The role extends to assisting senior leadership in maintaining strategic business plan, hosting executive and teamwide forums & engagement sessions.Key Responsibilities:Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party providers for Customer Care, Roadside Assistance, and Service Loan Vehicle programs, ensuring purchase requisitions, invoices, and expenses align with budgets. Address discrepancies, resolve operational challenges, and act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to align on aftersales initiatives.Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly spend reports to enable leaderships data-driven decision-making. Develop business cases to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess feasibility for new initiatives, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of projects on costs, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing processes to streamline workflows, resolve inefficiencies, and implement best practices. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and draft revised workflows, procedures, and manuals. Collaborate with teams to establish consistent standards and improve overall effectiveness.Business Planning & Project Support: Support leadership with quarterly updates, strategic planning, and driving collaboration on high-impact projects to meet organizational goals. Facilitateworkshops to address challenges and develop actionable solutions.
