The Assessment Pharmacist will join the APC Assessment Team and actively contribute to exam development activities. The position requires utilising clinical skills and experience to meticulously write and evaluate exam content, as well as manage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that APC exams accurately assess the essential knowledge and competencies for professional practice.About YouYou will be a passionate and proactive pharmacist with experience in pharmacy training or assessment. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a passion for the pharmacy profession, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.To be successful, you will have the following experience and qualifications:Registered pharmacist in Australia with minimum of 10 years recent practice experienceClinical knowledge and skills in contemporary pharmacy practice in AustraliaDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationshipsYoull be up to date with current pharmacy practice and bring an analytical mindset to support data-driven decisions. You will confidently manage activities with our Subject Matter Experts from start to finish. Taking initiative and attention to detail will come naturally to you, along with your commitment to upholding high standards in assessment and professional development.About APCAPC deliver a range of examinations for our future pharmacy workforce, including competency and knowledge exams for overseas trained pharmacists and intern written exams as part of pharmacy internships.APC values diversity and strives to create a workplace that is inclusive and culturally safe for all.
