Specialising in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution, Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care, and mining sectors.About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented National Security Operations Coordinatorto support our national security team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, coordination, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in security services, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. This role can be based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane.Key Responsibilities:Extract, review, and analyse operational data from systems such as ServiceNow, Beakon, and Kronosto identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and compliance summariesfor internal stakeholders and client use.Analyse rostering data to identify award breaches(e.g., overtime, penalties) and reconcile rostered vs actual hours.Conduct compliance checks on security licences, training completions, certifications, and onboarding records.Provide guidance on the correct interpretation and application of the Security Services Industry Award 2020.Coordinate and maintain documentation for incident debriefs, audit actions, and national reporting requirements.Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and support functionsto ensure operational delivery aligns with governance and compliance standards.Maintain data integrity across core systems and support quality assuranceprocesses for all reporting.Provide operational oversightand coordination across a portfolio of small-format retail centres.What youll need:Current and valid security licenceCertificate II or III in Security Operations (or equivalent)Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data filteringExperience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, Beakon, Kronos, or Workforce Management (WFM) systemsSolid understanding of rostering, scheduling systems, and award interpretation (Security Services Industry Award 2020)Demonstrated ability to analyse and reconcile timesheets, rosters, and licensing recordsHigh attention to detail in reporting, audits, and documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships with site managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersProven time management skills comfortable working across multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience in a security coordination, compliance, or workforce planning role (highly regarded)What we offer you:Reward & Recognition Incentives.Ongoing training and development.A safe and supportive working environment.Career development.If you''re a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing excellent service then wed love to hear from you,click Apply.Assetlink''s Diversity CommitmentAssetlink is committed to maintaining, growing and supporting our diverse and inclusive culture, by seeking and promoting diversity within each of our work sites.
