We envision a future where everyone can live a fulfilling life with dignity, free from trauma, violence, and abuse.The OpportunityFull-time, Permanent positionBased at our Richmond and Melbourne CBD offices, Wurundjeri Country$125K + superannuation and salary packagingWe seek a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Learning and Development, to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that enhance capability, drive performance, and support our people to thrive.In this role within the Talent and Capability team, you will shape our learning strategy, ensuring the right programs, platforms, and priorities are in place to support a high-performing, future-ready workforce.About you:You are a passionate learning professional with a proven record in delivering end-to-end L&D strategies and programs at scale. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a pragmatic, people-centered approach.Youll bring:Extensive experience in learning and development leadership roles, preferably within complex or rapidly changing community service or non-profit environmentsAbility to design and implement data-informed learning strategiesStrong facilitation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiencesExpertise in program design, implementation, and evaluationExperience managing compliance training and LMS systemsA collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented mindsetWe offer a platform for success, a values-driven team, clear organizational priorities focused on building "thriving teams," sector-leading benefits, and a competitive salary.
