Each Rixos property presents a unique experience inspired by local culture, global influences, and our Turkish heritage, all within a setting of unparalleled luxury.Job DescriptionCarry out all tiles grouting and blocking and other assigned civil works duties within the complexCarry out preventive maintenance schedules for masonry jobs as directed by SuperiorsRepair, maintain and alter buildings, retaining walls and other brick or stone edificesMix mortar, lay bricks and stones or concrete sidewalks and make and repair stepsPatch and replace brick or stonework chimneysInstall and repair tile floors or wallsRead blueprints and plaster ceilings or wallsEstimate masonry jobs and carry out carpentry work incidental to masonry work.Executes all plumbing and associated work to the highest professional standards for the whole complexPerforms the tasks assigned to him and ensures their implementation while working independently.Acts on issues and concerns in his activity field immediately.Must be able to control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required.Abides to the daily task and ensures timely implementation.Checks extra needs of a guest.Ensures oneself is thoroughly familiar with the hotels emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.Other duties as assigned.Assist in Task Force Teams for new openingsCarry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.QualificationsEducation: Diploma / Certificate in Plumbing.Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role Other: Should be able to communicate well in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
