Key responsibilities Active support: develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation, and coach independent living skills Health support: administer and document medication and follow health support plans Positive behaviour support: manage behaviour triggers and escalation Safeguarding: ensure safety of participants, documentation, and reports About you Motivated to work with people with disabilities Experience as a support worker in challenging environments Knowledge of behaviour support plans Ability to manage and escalate challenging behaviours Flexible with sleepover shifts C3 in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent preferred Available for rotating shifts including weekends and overnights NDIS Worker Check National Police Check Full unrestricted Victorian drivers license First aid and CPR certificates Additional information For more details, please click here.
