This role is vital in supporting both our housekeeping and public area operations to ensure our hotel is presented at its best.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeOrdering, receiving, and storing linen and housekeeping suppliesStocking and maintaining pantries on guest floorsConducting stock takes and maintaining inventory levelsMinor maintenance tasksUpholstery and soft furnishing cleaningGeneral rubbish removal and waste managementPutting away incoming deliveries and suppliesPreparing bedding and amenities for incoming bookingsAssisting with public area cleaning, including reception, lobby, public bathrooms, and high touch point sanitationProviding ad-hoc support to the housekeeping and maintenance teams as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and pride in presentationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable in a physically active role and capable of lifting and moving itemsA proactive and helpful approach to supporting multiple departmentsPrior experience in a similar hotel or housekeeping role is desirable but not essentialWhy join us?Youll be part of a collaborative and friendly team that values hard work, initiative, and a positive attitude.
