White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Creative Assistant to join our team located in Rosebery.Key Responsibilities:Assisting on set & with shoot production for in-house content, e-commerce shoots & campaigns.Responsible for the preparation and organisation of stock for all shoots (including preparing runsheets, rail prep and steaming).Responsible for end-to-end sample management (pre and post shoot).Communicating with other departments regarding shoot requirements/ stock deadlines and styling preferences.Responsible for post-production image coordination, filing and editing for in-house content, e-comm and campaign shoots, ensuring online product deadlines are met.Assisting with creative concepting and completing trend research for in-house content and e-commerce shoots.Working closely with the wider team to coordinate ghosting product shoots and sample management.Social savvy, highly creative and driven with a passion for content creationHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong time management skills with the ability to work creatively under pressureContent creation abilities utilising apps & softwaresAbility to take direction to ensure brand alignmentStyling skills and interest/ knowledge of trends/ fashion industryExperience using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop + Lightroom) preferred but not requiredAmazing offices including an onsite gymAn office kitchen stocked with plenty of treatsRegular onsite yogaGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discountsFun events throughout the yearFun events throughout the yearFull Access to our in office White Fox Active GymWorking with one of Australia''s fastest growing fashion companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
