With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious LEAPsters working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, youll find yourself in good company here.As the In-House Barista, you will deliver an exceptional in-house hospitality experience through barista-crafted coffee, catering of quality staff meals, and seamless meeting room and event service, delighting our LEAPsters throughout the workday.What you''ll doYoull be at the heart of LEAPs Sydney head office, starting each day crafting barista-quality coffee and beverages for our coffee-loving team. Youll also lead the daily operations of our fully stocked kitchen, supported by two direct reports with diverse abilities who play a valuable role in creating an inclusive and positive experience. As the In-House Barista, youll build strong relationships with staff, get to know their food preferences, and deliver a warm, friendly, and fun office environment that enhances the everyday experience at LEAP.To make this happen, you willCreate a welcoming, professional environment for employees and visitors that reflects LEAPs culture.Lead daily kitchen and hospitality operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service throughout the office, including the set-up and refresh of meeting rooms and workspaces.Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and cater food offerings with care and attention to detail, considering diverse dietary needs.Manage inventory across beverages, snacks, coffee, kitchen supplies, stationery, and general office items to maintain stock levels and minimise waste.Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of all kitchen equipment.Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.Support a positive and inclusive team culture, including managing two direct reports and contributing to staff engagement through shared food and social experiences.Provide exceptional hospitality support to employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphereMaintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere in our kitchen and service areasContributing to our workplace cultureManaging daily operationsInventory management of beverages, snacks, and coffee suppliesKitchen equipment operation and maintenanceEnsuring consistent quality in beverage and food preparationUpholding high standards of cleanliness and organisationContributing to the smooth operation of our hospitality servicesWhat you''ll bringYou understand what great hospitality looks and feels like, and you have a natural flair for connecting with people and a curiosity for their unique tastes, creating moments that brighten their day.
