Key responsibilities include:Supporting people with community access, social engagement, and daily routines.Providing in-home support such as personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and companionship.Assisting with overnight respite care, including active or sleepover shifts, maintaining a safe and supportive environment throughout the night.Managing mobility needs, medication administration, and transport assistance.Responding to behaviours of concern with empathy and professionalism.Accurately completing documentation using basic computer systems.Who Were Looking ForWere Seeking Individuals Who AreAvailable and dependable Regular availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and overnight (sleepover) shifts is essential.Looking for long-term casual work This role is best suited to those who want to grow and stay within the disability support sector.Flexible and proactive Willing to travel between sites or support people in their homes across different suburbs.Empathetic and adaptable Able to respond calmly and confidently in various support scenarios.Team-oriented Committed to working respectfully and collaboratively with others.Role RequirementsExperience is not essentialwe will provide trainingbut you must have or be willing to obtain:Level 2 First Aid and CPR certificationValid Australian drivers licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicleNDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (WWCC)Proof of Covid-19 vaccinationWhy Join Outlook?Supportive culture Be part of a team that values your growth and wellbeing.Ongoing training Develop your skills with continued professional development.Fair pay Competitive hourly rates aligned with the SCHADS Industry Award 2010.Make an impact Support people in meaningful ways and help build inclusive communities.Ready to start a role where your work truly matters?
