Apply today!Job DetailsSummary:Under the general supervision of the Facility Supervisor, this role supports the maintenance program. It involves coordinating routine facility and equipment maintenance, performing minor repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently.Responsibilities:Escort and supervise provider activities within the facility; issue and complete maintenance reports.Perform periodic challenge tests to ensure facility and equipment respond correctly in case of incidents (e.g., Power Failure Test, Alarm Test).Support temperature mapping activities, including sensor placement and equipment configuration.Assist in maintaining overall equipment efficiency within the facility.Respond to issues with equipment such as air and heating systems.Assess maintenance requirements.Coordinate maintenance of common office and warehouse facilities, including light fixtures, doors, locks, and minor painting.Coordinate minor repairs and improvements to equipment and buildings.Maintain daily and monthly maintenance logs.Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety rules.Work extended hours as needed, including being part of an on-call roster 24/7 for emergency responses related to temperature control.Participate in reviewing and creating SOPs, work instructions, and training documents.Work in all temperature-controlled environments, including +15 to +25C, +2 to +8C, and -20 to -30C.Participate in occasional scheduled weekend tasks.Manage equipment inventory.Perform other duties as trained.Education:Some technical vocational training or equivalent experience and education.Experience:Typically 1-2 years of responsible, relevant experience.Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Mandatory:Ability to lift loads up to 20kg safely.Ability to read and understand English instructions.Ability to develop cooperative relationships.Good judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions.Ability to work independently.Experience with electrical installations.Desirable:Experience with facility and warehouse maintenance.Knowledge of HVAC systems.High Reach Forklift license.Policy and Procedure:Adhere to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements nationally and internationally.Workplace Health and Safety:Promote a safe and healthy work environment.Report accidents, incidents, and hazards.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.What Cencora offersBenefits vary by country and are aligned with local practices.
