As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:Explain the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beveragesChatting and engaging with our guests during Breakfast or Dinner serviceServing drinks from the Bar or deliver to tableDelivering room service ordersOrdering and delivering food and beverage ordersLiaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed mealsClear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidyAssisting the kitchen with dishes and cleaningMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationAssist with Conference & Events, room set-up or pack down or working an eventQualificationsAs a successful candidate you will have:A friendly, customer focused attitude with the strive to provide Total Customer SatisfactionInitiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficientYour Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificatePrevious customer service or hospitality experienceConfidence in liaising with various internal and external clientsA high standard of grooming and presentationThe ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings,weekends & public holidaysIn return for your commitment, we will provide you with afantastic career,training opportunities,excellent working conditions with a supportive and fun team.
