Youll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who will support you every step of the way.It is a requirement for our community roles that all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence, and be willing to travel throughout the region visiting clients in their own homes.About the roleOur Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.
