As a Forklift Operator, youll be a key player behind the scenes, keeping stock flowing through our cutting-edge Distribution Centre and supporting store operations across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our brand new, fully automated Leppington Distribution Centre, youll join a fast-paced team driving day-to-day operations and helping us gear up for exciting new store openings. Our afternoon shift runs Monday to Friday, 2:30pm10:30pmperfect for those who like a later start! If you''re ready to take the next step with a global leader in sports fashion, this is your moment. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: * Safely loading and unloading pallets of stock using a forklift * Transporting stock efficiently throughout the Distribution Centre * Accurately receipting and putting away inventory into designated locations * Assisting with picking, labelling, and preparing stock for dispatch * Supporting stocktakes with accuracy and attention to detail * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment * Performing ad hoc warehouse duties as required * Providing occasional support to the online store team with picking and packing orders WHO YOU ARE * Full availability across Monday to Friday, including full availability during your allocated shift times * Forklift license is essential * Experience in RF scanning and pick packing or experienced dock hand is favourable * Prior experience as a Warehouse Assistant will be preferred but not mandatory * Must have a demonstrated record of accuracy and attention to detail * Hands on and able to handle large volumes of work * Proven track record of meeting KPIs * Enjoy working in a fast-paced and manual environment * Display a highly motivated and can-do attitude * Reliable and punctual individual WHAT''S IN IT FOR YOU? * Work in a dynamic business and engage with some of the best product and biggest sports fashion brands in the market * Training and development opportunities to kickstart, evolve and shape your career * Opportunity to progress across all areas of the business in a wide array of roles including Retail, Support Office, and our Distribution Centre * Access to our attractive staff discount!
