They are a collective of professionals with over 20 years of industry experience from all walks of hospitality; from the kitchen, to front of house, customer service and operations, they have done it all to ensure that we are bringing their clients the best possible product.Whats involved:As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn alongside qualified Chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Working with us allows you to learn and build experiences from skilled professionals within a commercial kitchen environment. You will be working at one of our great host venues, working with large quantities of food and a variety of seasonal ingredients. Key activities you can expect will be:Assist in food preparation - Chopping vegetables preparing sauces and measuring ingredientsCooking - Following recipes and directions to prepare a variety of dishes, including meats, fish, vegetables and dessertsMaintaining kitchen - Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areasEnsuring food safety regulations and hygiene standards are maintainedCollaborating with kitchen staffProviding excellent customer service to customersWhat are we looking for?To suit this role, you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for food looking to kick-start your culinary career!
