The project home builder you will represent has a long-standing household name in the NSW housing market and is consistently known for their brand and quality builds, meaning you can truly work on selling a brand you can trust.In this role you will be working across;Meet & greet of all customers to enter the display home centres & home centre maintenanceQualifying all clients and leadsCRM database managementBooking meetings for Home ConsultantsObtaining land for sale from developers and sales agentsMarket researchReporting on trends and providing feedback to Manager & Sales Consultants surrounding customer visits and feedbackUnderstanding of marketing materialAbout YouYou will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment. You will also possess;1-2 years professional experience within a customer service / sales role & environmentExperience within residential construction is a MUST / REAL ESTATE experience also attractiveThe ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workloadExcellent communication skills both written & verbalAvailable to work on weekends & public holidays (you will work a 5 day roster with your days off being weekdays)Remuneration & BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of $65K+superannuation.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Renee Hamilton on 02 9376 8200 or rhamilton@designandbuild.com.au, or click apply.
