Our iconic brands include Nutri-Grain, Special K, Sultana Bran, Coco Pops (cereals), LCMs, and Pringles (snacks). We continuously innovate and stay connected with our customers to maintain our leadership position.Our manufacturing plant is located at Botany, NSW, operating 24/7 to produce our well-known brands. As a Production Operator, you will operate processing and packing machinery while upholding our high safety and quality standards.We provide comprehensive training to succeed in this role and foster career development within our manufacturing environment. We offer a competitive, market-based pay rate (including shift allowance) and benefits for successful candidates.Roles are available on our day shift, working 7 am to 7 pm on a set roster.We are seeking candidates with the following skills, experience, and attributes:Experience as a machine operator in the FMCG industry, preferably in food productionStrong team player with a focus on safety and food qualityForklift license is desirable but not essentialEffective communication, numeracy, and literacy skillsTroubleshooting skills and initiativeAbility to work 12-hour shifts and occasional weekendsUnderstanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety is advantageousNote: The plant is located at Botany.
