The branch also contributes to the design, development and delivery of HR initiatives, policies and resources to ensure compliance and best practice in alignment with whole-of-government, departmental and business unit needs.Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will lead a team, supporting corporate and operational directorate staff and managers to progress complex people management matters as well as day-to-day human resource entitlements and activities. You will also work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders and senior management to ensure timely innovative fit for purpose outcomes for our diverse workforce.
