This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment in support of our clients operations.A snapshot of the role:Conduct regular floor walks, employing a proactive mindset to use all four senses to note opportunities to elevate the experience and address issues before they become problemsFollow up with staff or guests when resolving issues to ensure expectations have been met and seek further opportunities to over-deliverCoordinate with client teams to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are availableManage the client suites environment, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and brand consistencyProvide knowledgeable assistance with technology and presentation equipment in meeting rooms Arrange and oversee catering services, ensuring timely delivery and presentationAct as a central point of contact for client-related queries and wayfinding within the suitesManage visitor bookings using the guest management system CondecoIssue and reconcile guest and employee temporary passes, liaising with security and facilities management as neededDirect deliveries and manage their storage as requiredEstablish and follow protocols for welcoming media and distinguished guestsManage orderly movement of people and provide support at turnstiles during peak periodCollaborate with facilities management to address any maintenance or safety concerns promptlyImplement and uphold service standards that reflect our clients commitment to client satisfactionWhat You Will BringExperience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a corporate environment with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on creating positive client interactions is essential.You can anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment using discretion when handling confidential information.Youll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a secondary language would be desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with meeting room management systems is also requiredWhat to expect from us:As an organisation, we dont just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
