These roles will start on July 14th 2025 with interviews and site inductions in the coming weeks.You will be working across a 9am to 5pm shift pattern within a Global Manufacturing business!All training will be provided and your previous experience can be from manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, warehousing and logistics or pick packing roles!The Client:A global leader in promotional products based in Hillsdale. Our client specialises in tailored Marketing branding solutions for business both Nationally and Globally. Branded products such as Pens, drink bottles, note pads, Bags and Totes, Coffee Mugs, coasters and many more!For you:Monday to Friday role9am to 5pm shift patternHillsdale LocationDaily overtime available$60k + superStart date of Jully 14th 2025The Role: Production OperatorFull training on machinery and processes will be provided in this role!Working within a team of 25 production workers this role will see you completing manufacturing roles across multiple disciplines in the business. You will operate automated screen printing and pad printing machinery such as Printers, UV ink jet Printers, Laser engravers and more to tailor make branding solutions and promotional material for a multitude of businesses Nationwide.You will assist across machine operation, promotional printing set up through to completion, packaging, palletising and preparing orders for despatch.Your main duties will involve:Machinery operation, from start up, running, troubleshooting through to final product completionUnpacking of goods for each required production runSet up machinery for each production runLoad products such as pens, drink bottles, bags and more into machinery per order specificationsEnter design requirements into the Automated machineryEnsuring art work is in the correct position and correct sizes for before production commencesTaking goods from the line once production has finishedLoad finished goods into boxes for shippingPalletising stockMove finished goods from production lines to despatch with the assistance of manual handling aids such as trolleysLifting of between 5kgs and 10kgs required throughout the dayThe Candidate:As mentioned, full training on machinery and processes will be provided in this role!To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience:A willingness to learn is key for this role!The ability to pick up and learn new manufacturing processesPrevious basic machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageousHowever experience from food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehousing and logistics or pick packing roles will be acceptedPrevious packing and palletising of stock experienceMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentExcelelnt attention to detailBasic computer skillsAbility to commit to this role in a long term capacityAdvantageous:Experience in Graphic designPrevious print machine operating experiencePrevious experience working in promotional material advertisingIf this position sounds like you then hitAPPLYnow, alternatively emailMikeonmhadley@fuserecruitment.comwith your resume.At Fuse, we specialise in recruitment for the manufacturing industry and actively source a variety of roles for a broad range of manufacturers.
