Our clients are the owners and operators of assets critical to our local communities. In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality and kitchen duties in the mess, bar, and dining halls on a casual basis. We cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner services between 5:30 am 8:00 pm, on a 7-day roster. The main hours for these casual positions will be evening shifts between 4:00 pm 9:00 pm and are available ASAP. This is a great opportunity in 2025 to join RAAF East Sale, located in the Southeast Suburbs of Melbourne, in Victoria''s Gippsland region. About The Role Support the Hospitality and Catering team by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers. Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, furniture, and premises, reporting any repairs or maintenance needed. Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, handle and bank cash according to protocols, and report suspicious behavior. Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef. About You Must have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site). Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
