Your role is to make members feel welcome from the moment they join our club, to motivating, inspiring, and guiding them through their fitness journey.You will be working as a Sub-Contractor within our facility, creating your own hours and growing your business.Key Responsibilities:Design personalised health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.Be actively involved in Transform8 - As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.What You''ll Need to Succeed:Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance.
