Your sharp attention to detail, commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience, and ability to lead and inspire a large, diverse team will be essential to your success.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our team and guests at The Darling.A few of your responsibilities:Manage and develop the daily operations ensuring departmental objectives are achievedSet daily performance objectives for the Housekeeping Services SupervisorsMonitor and manage team members absenteeism, annual leave, time and attendanceSupport training and career development for the housekeeping departmentWhat we are looking for:Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotelDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to work independently and act on guest requests appropriatelyFlexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including weekendsExperience building positive working relationships between departments and within the teamAbout you:With your extensive experience in both leadership and housekeeping operations, you understand the importance of delivering exceptional service and maintaining impeccable standards.
