Located at our Brisbane Qantaslink Hangar, this role is designed to support AOGs and solutions that improve on time performance whilst ensuring all safety and compliance requirements are met.The core responsibilities of this role are;Timely processing of all warehouse requirements in appropriate nominated timeframeFrequent monitoring of operational requirements in different parts of the warehouse with ability to reprioritise on demand in order to meet customer requirementsAccurate review and action of all facets of warehousing including Receipts, Binning, Issuing, & DespatchControl of Qantas and client stockInput into continuous improvement processes to ensure Distribution and Logistics continually improves in its productivity, efficiency and overall viabilityFostering a culture of cooperation across other elements of the logistics organisationTo be successful in this role you will have:Be a highly self-motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative and good organisational skillsWork well is a dynamic environment with the ability to quickly accommodate change and continuous improvement to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholdersCan build effective relationships and to manage and encourage a collaborative team environmentCan work without direct supervisionAbility to prioritise work and perform multiple tasks under time constraints & be able to meet strict deadlinesSound data entry skills and high attention to detailMinimum three years experience with an understanding of Aircraft maintenance documentation and planning processes.Knowledge of relevant Aircraft Line/Ramp and Heavy Maintenance and OperationsWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and TRAX and Maintenix (Desirable)Current Manual Motor Vehicle Licence (Essential)A Forklift Licence (Essential)Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)Flexibility to work on a day or night shift roster 4 on, 4 offWhy Qantas?Youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
