As we continue our journey to be the builder of choice, we are doubling-down on the development of our people.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Talent and Training Coordinatorwill directly contribute to AHB Groups mission by helping us ensure ouremployees are set up for success andequipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools required to deliver an exceptional customer journey.This is a full-time role based in our Derrimut Head Office.Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.There will be travel required from time to time to different locations across Melbourne and Regional Victoria, to help support our regional hubs or sub-brands. However, this is not very frequent.The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, who finds it easy to build relationships. Our business and employees are diverse, so a one-size-fits-all approach will not work.With the growth our business has gone through, we are no longer a small business, but we haven''t yet transformed into a corporate cultured business, so you will navigate working with leaders, SMEs, Operations, Customer Service, and Construction professionals. All of whom operate and communicate differently. So an enthusiastic approach and the resilience to take a NO and turning it into a maybe will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding and Induction:Work with our leaders to create,implement and continuously improve the onboarding and induction processes to ensure new employees are set up for success.Coordinate and deliver engaging induction sessions, introducing employees to AHB Groups culture, systems, and processes.Conduct regular reviews and updates of induction content to reflect business changes, industry standards, and employee feedback.Documentation of SOPsCollaborate with business units to document and standardize SOPs across all functions.Maintain a central repository for SOPs and ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.Regularly review documented proceduresAbility to utilize AI, screen-capturing software, or platforms.TrainingPartner with leaders across departments to identify training needs and gaps.Develop training programs, and materialsUtilizing business leaders and SME''s, facilitate and coordinate structuredtraining sessions, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, and assessments.Talent CoordinationAssist the Chief Talent Officer and Talent Acquisition Advisor in all things talentHelp on Recruitment, HR, process, or other business initiativesABOUT YOU:Great communicator (Presentation, Written, and Verbal)Strong relationship-building skillsExperience in documentation or SOP creationProcess and systems drivenExperience in creating onboarding and induction programs will be highly regardedResidential Construction experience will be highly regardedSomeone who has a strong Hustle Game.WHAT''S IN IT FOR YOU?An opportunity to make an impact on the whole organisation and our peopleAmazing leadershipThriving and growing company with a major pipeline of future workLegendary-level company eventsWork with real people doing extraordinary thingsDerrimut (western suburbs) location.
