Manage legal files, maintain case records, and track deadlines.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholdersincluding legal firms, developers, and courtsto coordinate on legal matters and maintain effective, collaborative relationships.Assist in preparing for hearings, including bundling documents and coordinating witnesses.Manage invoicing, financial records, and coordinate with other departments on legal queries.Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.What Youll BringLegal secretarial or paralegal qualifications, or significant relevant experience supporting lawyers. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.High attention to detail and experience drafting legal documents.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including legal professionals and courts.Experience with Microsoft Office applications and legal practice management systems.
