Our company values are not lofty aspirations, theyre true to how we all show up to work every day.You will be working with the talented and compassionate Operations team at our unique Micro Fulfilment Centre located in the inner city suburb of Alexandria. You will be joining a small agile team to help fulfil orders for Australian small businesses using our innovative robotics fulfilment technology.About this RolePick and pack ordersReceive and putaway inventoryOn your feet for the majority of the day including lifting and bending to reach products on racking, climbing stairs, walking and standing.Working in a 3 level warehouse with a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanineWorking with fluctuating warehouse temperatures from 25C to 35CAdhere to strict safety, quality and fulfilment standardsMaintain a clean working environment - taking out the rubbish, cardboard etcTo be successful, you will need:Must have the right to work in Australia and be based in SydneyAge 18 or olderBasic Computer experienceReliable and punctualGood communication skills - able to assist team membersInnovative problem solving skills and thinking outside the boxPositive can-do attitude in achieving resultsForklift licence optional but not necessaryWhat we offer:Fun and supportive company cultureOpen to feedback and suggestions about our processes / proceduresOpportunities to grow with the companyCommitted and inclusive teamFun team events with our coworking partner WorkitSpacesWhen you join us, youll be an important pillar of a rapidly growing startup.
