This consultative leadership role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on pharmacy benefits and clinical programs. Youll bring expertise in PBM contracting, 340B programs, and pharmacy operations to strengthen client retention and help grow our book of business. Strong presentation skills and the ability to travel (nationally) are critical for success in this position.Youll be responsible for driving strategy, fostering relationships, and delivering clinical and pharmacy guidance to internal teams and external clients/prospects. Youll also provide pharmacy oversight, shape our point of view in the PBM marketplace, and collaborate with internal teams to develop best-in-class solutions that improve patient outcomes.
