In the heart of the Aussie Outback, life in Wilcannia is quiet, clean and beautiful.The Wilcannia Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) has a 24-hour 2 bed emergency department and 8 residential aged care beds. Wilcannia MPS has been providing care to the local community for over 140 years.How To ApplyTo be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:Previous commercial catering experience or demonstrated ability to cook for large numbers and special diets.Certificate in Use of Hygienic Practices for Food Safety or willingness to obtain.Demonstrated Knowledge of Food Safety Act including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
