The team is comprised of Finance, Risk & Assurance, Workplace Experience & Procurement, Financial Reporting and Tax .What the role is all aboutThe Team Assistant supports the 3 General Managers of Finance & Group Reporting in the following ways:Enhancing the productivity of the Business and Financial Services team by assisting with activities such as: Diary management, meeting preparation (bookings, required prep documents, minutes and agendas, meet guests, prepare meeting rooms), develop schedules, account related processes, coordination of team and leadership meetings, and ensuring training activities are undertakenManaging the calendar and email for General Managers, elevating issues as they arise, ensuring visibility of high priority activitiesManaging other administration activities including travel bookings and management, expense reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, raising purchase orders and assisting with relevant documentation, new starter posts, FaBS newsletters and posting content in the FaBS slack channelCreating agenda and presentation decks for townhalls and controlling the presentationsSupporting the team culturally, informing leaders of any noticeable concerns, communicating any team feedback or suggestions to the Executive Managers when necessaryContinually looking for opportunities to develop and improve systems and procedures to maximise team efficienciesProviding administration as a School Lead for the School of Finance ensuring all training and new content is captured and delivered to the wider Finance business unitWho were looking forSomeone with a few runs on the board with prior experience as a team assistant or EA, supporting a large teamProficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Canva would be a bonusExperience organising team meetings, events and engagement activities for teamsAbility to manage & accomplish multiple projects within set timeframes and budgets with little supervisionHigh attention to detail with strong written communication skills, including exceptional grammar and proof reading skillsLooks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lensWork productively in a fast paced and agile environment #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one!)The REA experienceThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something well never stop caring about.
