The successful candidates will undergo a combination of on-the-job training with an employer of your choice to achieve your Certificate III in Individual Support qualification.You will be assigned both a dedicated work supervisor and a Charter Australia qualified trainer for your entire traineeship to assist you every step of the way and lead you to success.As an AIN, you will make a positive impact on the lives of older people with your compassionate and supportive approach:Assist clients with personal care needs such as showering, dressing, and eatingAssist clients with mobility and communication needsParticipate in planning the care of individualsFollow therapy plans, including interventions for dementia and behavioral issuesObserve and report changes in clients conditions and report complaints about careAssist with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatments, and medication deliveryProvide direct support and assistance to therapistsWork Locations: Multiple locations across Sydney metropolitan.
