Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionResponsible for the maintaining of the onsite supply stores, wards, departments and units storage spaces, this role provides an efficient and smooth process for the supply chain of stock coming from the central warehouse to the onsite location. As a member of the Warehouse team, responsible for pick/packing and dispatching the day to day orders and the receival of Inward goods and restocking of the warehouse, whilst have an active participation in continuous improvement to ensure staff and doctors are able to continue to provide the highest quality patient care.You will have an impact by:Ensuring all Departments receive their delivery promptlyChecking inward goods as per organisational protocolsMaintaining records of receipt of goods at the warehousePerforming clerical functions associated with general store dutiesContributing to and participate in maintaining excellent housekeeping of the warehouse, site and common shared areasParticipating in internal and external audits as requestedAccurately processing orders, returns and other inventory tasksQualificationsTo be successful for this role you will have -Year 12 High School certificateValid Victorian Drivers licenceMR licenceValid Forklift licence (Desirable)Previous store person experience in a medium to large Healthcare organisationSound computer literacy and a sound understanding of word, excel & email etiquetteSound time management skillsDemonstrable excellence in customer serviceEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPosition DescriptionApplications will be reviewed as they are received.Additional InformationAt Epworth, its a community.
